We zoned 10 lots on 9 acres near Riverwood High School. We got this zoning after failed attempts by several other developers. A number of knowledgeable people assured us that the project was a waste of time. We zoned the property for 12 lots and sold 4 of the lots to Fulton County for a new fire station. We helped design the fire station, which is considered a model for an attractive design integrated into an upscale neighboorhood. All the houses sold well in the one million dollar price range.
